Since I am on limited budget I took advantage of the sale at Willy's on carrots and turnips ( 2 SEK /kg!). I made glazed carrots and turnips (not shown) along with this soup. I could not find a recipe I liked for a soup so I kinda made up up my own. I call it "Ginger coconut carrot turnip soup with a touch of honey from Jura" Long name! It was sooo good. Eat your heart out French Laundry! No, just kidding.

This soup looks so savory... I have been meaning to make Hungarian mushroom soup for the longest time, but I will wait until the snow is three feet deep :)
