From the Cookbook Tajine et Couscous
This is a recipe from a french cookbook Xavier gave me called "couscous au safran". It calls for chicken and chickpeas. We actually had some dried chickpeas in the pantry so didn't have to buy any! They have to soak over night and take a while to cook. Using canned is much easier but not as tasty. I added some raisins and almonds I had at home for some more texture.
