Sacre Coeur, Montmartre, Moulin Rouge

Hassan Tower, Mosque and Tomb of the Kings

Moroccan BBQ

Fresh meat for sure! You pick your meat and decide what you want done with it. WE had two tangines, one with prunes, kafta, and salad with good bread.

The new addition Nour and some of the Karima's family

The lunch

Tangine with mutton, almonds, onion, and egg. Typical for weddings and baptisms.
Moroccan mint tea and all the fab moroccan cookies with alminds, wanuts, rose water, etc!

Bastela or Pastilla...My favorite!

This is a starter dish made by layering a special dough called ouarka which is very paper thin like filo dough. It has a chicken mixture withy parsely, onions, eggs, cinnamon, saffron, and then a layer of roasted ground almonds. It is then topped with honey and a little more almonds. So good!
