The white stuff in the middle is "kajmak" a yummy, creamy, salty spread kinda like clotted cream but can be aged a bit to give more flavor. The ham is also homemade and smoked.
The hostel was really nice. It had room for three people, a private bathroom with hot water, TV/DVD, air conditioning (i did not need it) and a kitchenette with stove and refrigerator. I recommend it, tell them I sent you!
